Are you disabled and unable to work?

Have you considered filing a claim for disability benefits? Have you applied and been denied? Let us help!

Located in Central Washington, Brandt Law Office is devoted to helping the disabled obtain the benefits they deserve, including Social Security Disability, Supplemental Security Income, Medicare, and Medicaid. We represent our clients at all stages of the process, including initial applications, hearings before Social Security judges, and even federal court appeals.

At Brandt Law, we focus 100% of our efforts on the practice of Social Security disability law. Because we practice only one type of law, we are able to stay up to date on all the latest changes and are well-equipped to guide our clients through the complex and time-consuming process of obtaining disability benefits.

Simply put, we know the law, we know the system, we care about our clients, and we win!

Should you hire an attorney?

The process of filing for disability benefits typically involves filling out endless documents, making repeated phone calls to the Social Security Administration, and filing time-sensitive documents, including multiple appeals. As a result, the application process can be very time-consuming, frustrating, and often overwhelming. You should not have to go through this alone. Having legal representation can put your mind at ease, knowing that you will receive assistance with the necessary paperwork and that all deadlines will be met. Perhaps most importantly, statistics have shown that hiring an attorney increases your chances of winning your case.

If we don’t win, you don’t pay!

Social Security attorneys work under what we call a “contingency fee” agreement. This means that we only get paid if we win your case. If we do not win, you pay no fee. When your case is approved, Social Security will begin sending you a monthly payment, but they will also pay you back for the time that you should have been receiving benefits. The attorney fee is 25% of this “back pay.” You do not pay us any portion of your ongoing monthly payments.
